That suits my wallet better :)Ms Goosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10797339521461126415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1631833544468244851.post-70513845235346596832021-08-20T04:14:14.765-07:002021-08-20T04:14:14.765-07:00Reprobates know precisely how to rake in money (at...Reprobates know precisely how to rake in money (at everyone else's expense) that's what they do.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12009191540139452049noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1631833544468244851.post-88474332285844671652021-08-19T19:40:14.639-07:002021-08-19T19:40:14.639-07:00Stores know some people will notice, and others wo...Stores know some people will notice, and others won't. It is sort of a "take it or leave it" proposition. They know people need food. I found Hunt's tomato paste at Amazon for $0.72/6 oz. can. It's crazy. I keep noticing new prices every time I go shopping. I'm also trying to stretch whatever I can.

When I was at Sams, an employee was changing the clothing signs with higher priced signs, right before my eyes. I couldn't believe it!Ms Goosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10797339521461126415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1631833544468244851.post-7661412940915271742021-08-19T17:58:15.676-07:002021-08-19T17:58:15.676-07:00Hi Theresa. Our Canadian relatives used to come visit and purchase some things for half the price here.

I completely agree with you about knowing your prices. Not everything at the Dollar Tree or discount stores is a bargain. I always calculate unit cost to check whether I'm actually getting a deal. I'm just praying that things will get better for everyone. I foresee stretching all that I possibly can.

God bless.Jackiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16051183778965359500noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1631833544468244851.post-7736664065706626752021-08-19T15:11:36.907-07:002021-08-19T15:11:36.907-07:00I am in Canada, and prices here are rising steadil...I am in Canada, and prices here are rising steadily. The biggest price increase here is actually in gas. Our federal government implemented a carbon tax which has made everything increase due to the cost to transport goods. I am not sure how they think people on fixed incomes can afford these constant increases.
I love Dollar Tree but rarely leave with just one thing. Again, here in Canada, our DT price was $1.25 per item. Recently, it bumped up to $1.50 an item. Still a good price for many things but you really need to know your prices or you are sometimes paying more than the grocery store or Walmart.
Theresahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00948148571415167380noreply@blogger.com
